How to Order: All the items you see are available to buy online. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the quantity of the different product options required and click "add to cart". You can then go back and add additional items to your basket or "proceed to checkout".

Checkout: Its quick and easy to checkout both for new and exsisting customers.

1. Sign into an exsisting shopping account or create a new account
2. View order details, choose shipping and payment method.
3. Payment details and verification.
4. Finished.

Payment: Based on the choosen payment method during checkout you will be sent to the payment providers SSL encrypted secure servers.

Available Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer or PayPal.

Credit/Debit Card Payment: Choose Credit/Debit Card Payment during checkout and you will be sent to a SSL Secured Payment Form to complete the order by entering your payment details.

Bank Transfer Payment: Choose Bank Transfer Payment during checkout and you will be sent to a SSL Secured Order Page where you will be shown your order details and the bank transfer Swift/Iban information needed to complete your order.

PayPal Payment: Choose PayPal Payment during checkout and you will be sent to the PayPal SSL Secured Payment page where you can login and use your PayPal account, eCheck or bank transfeer to pay for your order.

Security: All the available resellers and payment providers are PCI DSS compliant and uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of critically sensitive information like your credit card details.
We do not have access to view or store any of your financial/payment information.

Privacy: Registered information is only used to send you merchandise and information from The Sexy Dress and are not made available to 3 parties. You can at anytime log in to The Sexy Dress and check/edit your own information.

Active Shopper Discount: We offer discounts for active shoppers at our store, the level of discount is based on how much you have shopped for at our store during the last year.

Discount Level: The discount is applied automatically to your order total at checkout and you can view your personal discount level in the "My Account" page.

Shipping and Delivery : We offer shipping to most countries world wide.

Shipping Cost : An estimated shipping cost will show when you add a product into the shopping cart, the actual shipping cost and alternative shipping options are displayed during checkout, before entering your payment information.

Free Shipping Promotions : During campaign periodes we offer a selection of individual products with free world wide shipping.

Online Shipment Tracking: All shipments are sent via registered mail. Int. Express mail can be tracked online in detail during shipment. Int. Air mail can also be tracked online for most countries but some countries postal service only show the date it was delivered. Special Orders: For special orders and for items which is temporarily out of stock the delivery time is 2-4 weeks.

Local Country Tax: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Return or exchange an item: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items along with your return trakking number (RMA) to us in their original condition*within 14 days of receipt.

Return Procedure: Log into your account at The Sexy Dress , go to your order history page and choose order details, click on "I wish to return this product" next to the product you wish to return. Fill out the online return form and you will get an email with further information and your Return Tracking Number (RMA).

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

*Undeliverable Packages: Where packages are returned to us marked "Return to Sender", unclaimed, refused or returned without sufficient postage, any extra charges occuring because of this will be deducted from the refunded amount

*All customer queries will be answered within two working days.
